Treatment

Sublingual & Nasal At-Home Therapy

Maintenance therapy for established patients — sublingual lozenges or nasal spray taken safely at home with remote medical oversight. $125 per month.

Who it's for

At-home therapy is offered exclusively to established patients who have completed in-clinic induction and have demonstrated a stable, safe response. It's a convenient, affordable way to maintain progress without weekly visits.

What's included

  • Monthly medication shipment
  • Remote check-ins with your provider
  • Dosing journal and integration support
  • Crisis support line
  • $125 per month

Safety first

All at-home protocols are individually approved and monitored. We pause or adjust the program any time clinical factors change.

How qualification works

At-home eligibility is earned, not assumed. You’ll need to complete an in-clinic induction series, demonstrate a stable response, have a supportive environment at home, and pass a structured safety screening. We don’t prescribe at-home ketamine to first-time patients — full stop.

What a typical at-home month looks like

  • Scheduled dosing days set with your provider
  • A trusted adult present or available during each session
  • Brief check-ins by message or video as needed
  • A monthly review to refine your dose and cadence

Setting up your space

A quiet, comfortable room. Soft lighting. Music or silence — your preference. Phone on do-not-disturb. We’ll send you a simple prep guide and an integration journal to help you get the most out of each session.

When at-home is paused

If your symptoms change, if a new medication is introduced, or if life circumstances make the at-home setting unsafe, we pause and bring you back in clinic. The goal is sustainable healing — never convenience at the expense of safety.

Is At-Home Ketamine Therapy right for you?

A free consultation gives us the full picture. In general, At-Home Ketamine Therapy may be a good fit if you identify with any of the following:

  • Adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, or chronic pain
  • Patients who have tried other medications without lasting relief
  • Anyone seeking a faster onset than traditional antidepressants offer
  • Patients cleared on medical screening (no uncontrolled blood pressure or psychosis)

Safety & comfort built into every visit

Physician-led

Every protocol is designed and supervised by a board-trained psychiatrist.

Continuous monitoring

Vitals, breathing, and clinical response tracked the entire session.

Calm, private space

Quiet treatment rooms, weighted blankets, music, and judgement-free care.

How to prepare

  1. 1

Eat a light meal 2–3 hours before — avoid heavy food right before your visit.

  2. 2

Wear comfortable, loose clothing; we'll keep you warm and reclined.

  3. 3

Arrange a ride home; you cannot drive after an in-clinic ketamine session.

  4. 4

Bring a list of medications, supplements, and any prior treatment history.

  5. 5

Set aside the rest of the day to rest and integrate — no major commitments.

  6. 6

Come with an open mind and any questions you want to discuss beforehand.

Frequently asked questions

Is this safe?

Yes — when administered by trained medical professionals at sub-anesthetic doses. We continuously monitor vitals throughout every in-clinic session.

Will I be unconscious?

No. You remain awake and breathing on your own. Most patients describe a calm, dream-like detachment from worry.

Can I drive after?

No. You must arrange a ride home after any in-clinic ketamine session — for your safety we do not allow patients to drive that day.

Is it covered by insurance?

Ketamine therapy is typically paid out of pocket. We accept HSA/FSA and provide superbills so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
